These are 4 kinds:
Beta waves – Emitted when we are aware and alert or feel agitated, tense, scared, with frequencies between 13 and 60 pulses per second (Hertz scale)
Alpha waves – when we are in a state of mental and mental relaxation, although we are aware of what is happening around us. Frequent between 7 and 13 pulses per second.
Theta waves – between 4 and 7 pulses, is a drowsiness with low awareness
Delta waves – unconscious, deep sleep, a frequency between 0.1 and 4 cycles per second.

BETA waves are of relatively low amplitude and are the fastest. They are emitted when we are in an alert state and their frequency is between 14-40 Hertz per second. They help us fulfill our daily tasks, but they can easily carry us into anxiety, stress and restlessness.

Alpha waves are common for those who are very creative, who have a clear mind. If you close your eyes for more than a minute, the level of activity for alpha waves will increase automatically, and when you open the “more stressful” beta, they are starting to make their presence felt. In childhood, for example, each of us had a much stronger alpha wave activity. There are specialists who say that if we managed to live in a child’s mental state for up to 4 years, that is without worry, without regret, we managed to live around 300 years. Children live in the present state and the next thing they are doing. For a long time it has been considered that the state of the alpha waves is the healthiest condition for our body especially if it is somewhere at 10 Hz.

Further in relaxation, you enter the mysterious area of your being. Theta state, where brain activity decreases almost to sleep, but not total. Theta is the state of the brain where magic is happening. Theta brings increased receptivity, flares that resemble dreams, inspiration and long forgotten memories. Theta can bring a profound state of meditation, a feeling of “floating” due to the expansive state, you can feel that your mind expands beyond the limits of your body. Theta is the state of the subconscious. Also, Theta has an important role in behavioral modification programs and has been used as a treatment against drug or alcohol addiction. It is a state of supreme teaching, reprogramming your own mind, remembering dreams and self-induction. Theta waves range from 4 to 7 Hz. It’s an extraordinary field that we can explore. It is known as the crepuscular area that we can normally only experience vaguely when waking up from the depths of the Delta (when we wake up from sleep or fall asleep). In Theta, we are in a dreamy dream, flashing with vivid images passes through the eyes of the mind and we are receptive to information more than we are in our normal state. Theta was identified as the gateway to learning and memory. Theta Theta Meditation increases creativity and the power to learn, reduce stress, awakens intuition and other extra-sensory perceptions.

The delta waves. Having an extremely low frequency (0.5-4 Hz), delta waves are produced during deep sleepless dreams. Their presence is most often associated with the complete and extensive process of physical regeneration and restoration or maintenance of health.

The world in which you live today is based in totality on beta. We all feel we have no time and everything is going too fast. Most of the experiences in our lives are workplace related and how tired we are every day of work. This system is based on consumption and wants to live as much as possible in this agitated state. Because this condition makes you consume more life energy. We must learn to bring the state of clam into our lives. By connecting with an Aphfa wave frequently, you can bring peace of mind.
