Why is it possible to live in peace and harmony with myself?

If part of the conscious minds, he realizes that he needs harmony and peace. Everything starts to become easier.

There are 4 mental plans:

1: Unconscious mind regulates all the body's systems and keep them in harmony with all others. It controls the heart rate, blood pressure, digestion, endocrine system and nervous system, to name just a few of the Mission of the natural unconscious and automatic.

We must remember that the subconscious and the unconscious are responsible for at least 90% of the thoughts, emotions and our actions in every day.

Everything we learn throughout life is printed in the unconscious (via the subconscious),and when we needed information, we access the unconscious in order to bring it within the scope conscious, where a process or convey, verbally, on.

2: What is consciousness?

The conscious mind is the one who is in charge of the side of the rational, analytical and logic of our mind. We use the aware for all daily activities that require reason,memory and action. We use consciousness every time we eat, when we think about something, when we work, when we look at a situation, when we read, when we talk, or when we make decisions.

The way we think depends on the conscious part of our brain and is directly responsible for the performance or of our failures in the various areas of activity of life, of happiness.

The conscious is used every time we need to think, to use reason and represent the will our. All conscious is that which we impose limits psychiatric and mental (most times unnecessary), is the one who can suffer blockages psychological, due to which we face difficulties, failures, we can suffer depression.

3: What is subconscious mind? The subconscious is the divine in us; it is God in us, is intuition, it is life itself, is the one who makes things happen. The subconscious mind makes the connection between the conscious (reason) and unconscious (memory) and also is the one who makes the connection between the conscious (reason) and the collective unconscious (the infinite ocean of thoughts around us, the world of extrasensory), or in other words between MAN and the Deity, with the help of intuition.

The subconscious is the one that put into practice the thoughts that come from consciously and according to their strength,the subconscious is trying to materialize, to bring them to fruition; regardless of whether it is a good thought or a bad one, no matter if that thought is a desire of ours, or just a thought out of control (a negative thought, an obsession, etc.).Of note is the fact that the subconscious mind does not differentiate emotion or feeling positive from the negative and also does not distinguish between good or bad, he is neutral and doesn't think. Only the conscious our that which distinguishes between good and evil, between a positive emotion and one negative.

4:The term Super conscious Mind stands for this One Mind - for universal consciousness, for totality of all knowledge, information and power - called by various names Universal Mind, The Infinite Mind, The Universal Consciousness, The Source, Divine Mind, Light, God Mind, or simply God.

Super conscious mind is omnipresent, ONE MIND expressing through all, and each human mind is only an individualized center of consciousness of this ONE MIND. Contrary to the popular opinion, your mind is not in your body, your body is in your mind.

How to access your super consciousness mind?

How do I access these superior levels of the mind.

Let down the boundaries and limitations of the conscious minds.

The secret is to bring the conscious mind closer to the subconscious mind. Make a plan with everything you want in life. Start to dedicate time to your plans every day.

Don't stray not a day from your plan, and collaborate day by day with the subconscious. By your practice of every day help the conscious part of the mind to understand more easily your wishes.

Meditate and dream about your plans as often as possible.

Stop stressing.

Stop worrying.

Love yourself.

Forgive yourself.

Forgive others.
