5 Practices That Help Us.

1. You wake up

And the first thing you would do is to spend some time with you. And wonder what you want on that day? Example (we ask that during these days we have the ease in all the tasks that are necessary to complete) We can add (we ask that all interactions with the outside be viewed from the perspective of hearts or souls).

2. Stretching in bed

The benefit to you and the physical body would be to spend 15-20 minutes in bed. You can relax by practicing some body movement movements. In the beginning you can start breathing on your nostrils for 1-3 minutes in the first days.
